Sad to be moving out from here as it was a great experience. Management is awesome, location is amazing and the units themselves are great. Never had any issues and any requests were handled asap. Utilities are very reasonable here as well and no hidden charges unlike a lot of other places. Thanks Danny and team for a great year!
As a LA native, I can confidently say this is hands down one of the best, well-managed properties in LA. Not only is the location in the heart of Koreatown, but the management here also goes over and beyond for each of their tenants. This is not a large apartment building either, so it truly feels like a close-knit community. The building manager, Danny, is incredibly kind and one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed living at 616 Kenmore. He is attentive, proactive, professional, and really takes the time to help you with anything you might need. You'll never live in another building with management who will go out of their way to put so much effort and attention into your living space!
I have lived in this apartment for about a year, and I absolutely love this place and have no complaints! The building is very clean and well-managed, neighbors are quiet and pleasant, and location is perfect with tons of great restaurants and H-mart in walking distance. Danny (property manager) is very kind, professional, and responsive, and has made living in this place such a great experience. I would highly recommend this place!
I’ve really enjoyed living here. 616Kenmore is well managed, constantly maintained, and within close walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Ktown. It’s also within close walking distance to a supermarket. Danny, Angel, and the rest of the management team are very helpful and responsive to maintenance requests of all kinds. You can simply text them with your issue/question and the response is almost immediate. This apartment is also an easy drive to downtown & USC. Highly recommend for anyone new to LA!
